Stick-on letters

• For a clear cut, a cutting contour must be created:
• Apply contour to the prepared layout in the vector program
• Contour must be a closed vector path
• Create a cutting contour as a support color (mixing color)
• Name of the support color "CutContour"Layout including contour (as path/curve) in pdf format, no jpg, tiff files
• Note: There are a maximum of 80 elements possible, one element is one letter
• Design elements: letters at least 12 mm high, other elements and lines at least 3 mm thick
• the foil is not printed in mirror image (self-adhesive part on the back of the motif)
• If a motif is glued to the inside of a glass surface and is to be viewed from the outside, the print data must be created mirrored
• Resolution: 300 dpi
• Fonts must be fully embedded or converted to curves
• Color mode: CMYK, FOGRA51 (PSO Coated v3) for coated paper, FOGRA52 (PSO Uncoated v3 FOGRA52) for uncoated paper
• We do not check spelling and typographical errors
• Overpressure settings are not checked by us
• Comments will be deleted and not printed
• Contents of form fields are also printed

Adhesive letters are suitable for laptops, shop windows, doors, mirrors, boxes, tables, display cabinets – the adhesive letters (plotter foil) are suitable for all kinds of smooth surfaces.

They can be used both indoors and outdoors, but please note that application requires attention; our supplier provides a manual and application tape.

• Strong adhesive for smooth and difficult surfaces (e.g. plastic, tiles)
• Apply only at temperatures above 10 °C
• Surface must be clean, grease-free and dry
• After installation: allow to harden for 24 hours at room temperature
• For uneven surfaces: hot air gun and roller required
• Not suitable for freshly varnished or painted surfaces.
• For larger film dimensions we recommend installation by a professional
• Check suitability for the intended use in advance
• Shelf life: approx. 2 years
• Delivery includes application tape and manual
