How do you order from us?
Ordering is super simple and transparent – in just 5 steps you'll have your stickers on their way:
- Create account (or order as guest) – Optional, but useful for repeat purchases and trial management
- Choose your stickers – Select size, shape, quantity, and material (eco options available!)
- Price immediately visible – Our smart configurator calculates live, no surprises
- Upload your design – Drag your file (PDF, PNG, AI) into the configurator
- Pay securely – Via iDEAL, PayPal or credit card
- Receive digital proof – Check everything (text, colors, margins) within 24 hours
- Approval = production – After your OK, we print immediately!
FAQ
Why do you check certain files and not others?
This varies per product; some products are so automated that we give you the option to have your files checked, while for others this is done as standard.
Unfortunately what I want is not there?
You can always submit a custom request through our quote form. Don't forget to attach a .vb file.
Unfortunately I don't have a file, can you make one?
We can certainly design your stickers, but this does require a contact request. Please note that if you order something and submit files later, the delivery time will only begin after approval.
Can I still change my order after payment?
This is sometimes still possible, but we offer no guarantees. It's best to contact us directly; if it's already in production or in preparation, changes are unfortunately not possible.
Which images do you reject?
We support free speech, but reserve the right to refuse inappropriate orders.
Not allowed:
- Child pornography or sexual abuse
- Excessive violence or cruelty
- Hateful or discriminatory content
- Offensive designs
