Is there a way to upload multiple designs at once?
Save and upload each sticker design separately. Add to cart first, then add the next file.
Why does it cost to check my files for certain products?
We offer the option of checking the technical details of certain stickers. We always recommend this as a double check in addition to the proof, ensuring the best results.
Is it possible to cut my stickers into a special shape?
For each sticker it is clearly visible what the possibilities are. We offer some in fixed shapes, while others can certainly have their own specific shape.
If you would like to do this, please add a cutting line to a PDF with your design and leave a comment.
Can you design the stickers for me?
Certainly not a problem. This costs an average of €50-100 per sticker, depending on the complexity. You can contact us directly.
What is 'bleed' and why is it important?
Bleed is a border of extra image or color that extends beyond the final cut size of your sticker. This prevents white edges from appearing after cutting, due to small shifts during the printing process. Ensure your background or color extends at least 3 mm beyond the edge .
How do I set up bleed correctly?
Most design software allows you to add bleed in the document settings. If that's not possible, enlarge the document to 6 mm larger than the final size (3 mm per side).
What is a 'safe zone' and why should I use one?
The safe zone is the safe area within the cutting edge where important elements such as text and logos should remain. This prevents them from being accidentally cut off . Keep everything at least 2.5 mm from the edge .
What should I do with fonts?
Make sure all fonts are converted to outlines (paths) or embedded correctly so they won't change or be missed when printing.
Artwork tips and workflow tips?
✔ Work your design at a 1:1 scale (i.e., at the desired sticker size before bleed)
✔ Remove unnecessary crop marks or registration marks that are not part of the production
✔ Check your design with a proof view before uploading or delivering
✔ When in doubt, a design team can often help with adding bleed or cut lines
These guidelines will ensure that your customer's design can be printed and cut into a high-quality sticker without any issues.
What is a cut path and how do I create one?
A cut path is a vector line that indicates where the sticker should be cut. It should be placed at least 2 mm within your design for the bleed to work correctly and for important areas to not be cut off.
